Exchange Policy

Sarapeeshop.com reserves the right to change or return the product within 7 working days from the date of receipt until the delivery date. Except for some products and sales items as described in the order page.

All items shipped or returned. Products and packaging must be in condition that they are exported from the store.

New condition for sale
The label and brand are in original condition.

Refund Policy

Dodobrand.com will issue refunds of purchased goods to customers following the return policy and if we can not deliver the goods as ordered by the customer in the agreed time. The refund is based on the payment channel of the customer only. The details are as follows
